We accept one reusable bag per family per month!

Clothing and Shoes Policy
✨ Clothing has been checked for stains, holes, pilling, excessive wear, fading, pet hair, loose buttons.
✨ Clothing has been freshly laundered with no scent soap. Items with smells will be declined.
✨Clothing has been neatly folded in a tote or reusable bag. Only one bin or bag allowed. No cardboard boxes or garbage bags.
✨Clothing is not more than 5 years old approximately. Older styles will not be accepted.
✨Shoes have been checked for excessive wear, fading, rips, stains.
✨Shoes have been cleaned. There is no mud in soles.

✨ We are currently not accepting the following brands: george, kirkland, pekkle, cherokee, simply basics, 725, gerber, child of mine, calvin klein, guess,tommy hilfiger, juicy couture, athletic works, shein, savannah.

✨On Carters/Oshkosh ,Joe Fresh and Old Navy we will only be accepting limited excellent condition items.

Toy Policy
✨Toys have all their parts and in good shape. No broken parts. No plush.
✨Toys with multiple parts are contained in original packaging or a ziploc bag and are 100% complete.

Please note we are highly selective when it comes to toys. We prioritize high quality, gently used toys such as: wooden toys, Montessori-inspired items, puzzles and learning toys, pretend play sets. If you are unsure about a specific toy,feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!

Baby Equipment Policy
✨Baby equipment is clean, in good working order and no more than 5 years old. We do not accept car seats, high chairs, cribs, mattresses, potties or baby swings.

We are no longer accepting the following baby equipment brands: Fisher-Price, Graco, Evenflo and similar. Please email us at atozkidsvictoria@gmail.com to discuss. Include a clear picture of the baby equipment and the manufacture date tag.

Stroller Policy
We are no longer accepting strollers unless they are from highly desirable brands, such as UPPAbaby, Bumbleride Indie, Thule, and similar. No more than 5 years old. If you believe your stroller qualifies, please email us at atozkidsvictoria@gmail.com to discuss. Please include a clear picture of the stroller and the manufacture date tag.

✨Contact the store to ensure there is space for baby equipment and strollers that meets the criteria.

Other Items Policy
✨Miscellaneous baby items are all clean, complete and in good working order. We do not accept used bottles, soothers, teethers. We do not accept diapers.
✨Books are in excellent/like new condition.
✨Children Books are hard cover, board books or learn to read by level books.

We ask consignors to be ready to part with their items. We will not be returning unsold items back to the consignor. Exceptions apply only to baby equipment and strollers, which must be picked up within the agreed timeframe if unsold.
